　　eason two will dive deeper into the seductive and dangerous world of Kings Cross, Sydney, as Ibrahim expands his empire into the booming queer nightclub scene in the ecstasy-fuelled early 2000s. The stakes are higher than ever before, and everyone wants a piece — including John’s two younger brothers.

　　Filming has begun on the fourth series of popular Bath-based detective drama McDonald & Dodds, starring Tala Gouveia and BAFTA award-winner Jason Watkins.
　　
　　Comprising three feature length films (3 x120), the guest cast for the first story includes Toby Stephens (Lost In Space), singer/songwriter Pixie Lott (The Voice Kids), Lydia Leonard (Gentleman Jack), Daniel Lapaine (Catastrophe), Dipo Ola (Landscapers), John Gordon Sinclair (Gregory’s Girl) and Ace Bhatti (Line of Duty).
　　
　　In this first film, McDonald and Dodds begin to investigate when a middle-aged woman is found shot dead in a rented flat. The killer has removed all clues to her identity, but DNA reveals she went missing over 35 years ago. Where has she been all those years? And who with?
　　
　　Returning to the cast this series are Claire Skinner (Outnumbered) who plays Chief Superintendent Ormond and Charlie Chambers (EastEnders) who plays DC Goldie. Bhavik C. Pankhania (World On Fire) joins the line up as DC Lee.
　　
　　The series has been commissioned for ITV by Polly Hill and Huw Kennair Jones and will be produced by Joe Shrubb. Executive producers are Robert Murphy, Damien Timmer and Charlotte Webber. The first film is written by Robert Murphy and directed by Khurrum M. Sultan.

　　The previous three series are available to view via streaming platforms ITVX in the UK and Britbox in North America and Australia. ITV Studios will distribute the drama internationally.

　　The Practice focused on the law firm of Robert Donnell and Associates (later becoming Donnell, Young, Dole, & Frutt, and ultimately Young, Frutt, & Berluti). Plots typically featured the firm's involvement in various high-profile criminal and civil cases that often mirrored current events at the time of the episodes' initial broadcast. Conflict between legal ethics and personal morality was a recurring theme.

　　该剧制作方华纳兄弟电视此前定下5季完结，也宣布了。而中途接手该剧的Netflix希望再多一季，今年开始运作各方回归，如今终于搞定。同时也表示这次真是最后一季了，“like, FINAL final”

　　The Practice, 讲一帮刑事辩护律师的故事。里面有大量的法庭辩论。以交叉询问为主，精彩的美国法庭戏。此剧是完全仿真的以法律调查为主题的系列剧。这是一家充满激情的律师事务所。对他们来说，每一个案子都是重要的，也会为每一个客户的利益争取到底。运用合法的策略是他们的工作方式，他们更依靠科学，把最受质疑的论点变得具有说服性。并且仍把追求正义放在首位，直到最终的结果被宣布……有时也会在宣判之后。然而追求正义，也常常使他们要面对伦理道德的是非问题。

　　《The Fix》由Marcia Clark﹑Elizabeth Craft及Sara Fain共同执笔，剧中讲述女主Maya Travis（Robin Tunney）是位女检察官，在8年前她输了谋杀案的庭审并成为传媒的批评对象，因此她离开了洛杉矶隐居在俄勒冈州的农村。然而8年后这位凶手再一次行凶，这次Maya究竟该蹈矩循规，还是不惜一切下把他送进牢狱？
　　虽然案中剧情是虚构的，不过灵感是来自Marcia Clark本人，过去她身为检察官时输得最为著名的就是O.J. Simpson一案。
