　　该剧根据作家、医师大钟稔彦创作的系列医疗小说改编，讲述了一位在医学界的历史中主刀了约6000例以上的手术、现在在淡路岛的诊所担任面向当地医疗的医生的故事。
　　器官移植仍视为禁忌的1980年代后半，曾在医疗先进国家美国钻研的外科医生当麻铁彦到地方的民营医院赴任。当麻在“地方应该有和大学医院一样水平的医疗”的信念下，挑战一切困难手术，挽救眼前的患者们生命。但是，日本首次的器官移植手术之前，权力绝对主义和旧习俗惯涂抹加固的医疗体制阻挡了去路。

　　Netflix将在2月19号一次性放出最新美食纪录片《Cooked》。该套纪录片改编自畅销作家Michael Pollan的同名书籍，并由曾获奥斯卡最佳长篇纪录片导演Alex Gibney执导。
　　Cooked共四集，将分别从火、水、空气和泥土四个元素阐述和食物的关系。

　　《设得兰谜案》是犯罪剧，由Douglas Henshall 扮演侦探Jimmy Perez，2013年在BBC One 播出了第一季。该季故事根据Ann Cleeves的小说《血骨（Red Bones）》 改编。故事发生在设得兰岛，而大部分拍摄工作则在苏格兰大陆完成。
　　2013年4月3日，有消息称，《设得兰谜案》已经预定了第二季，共六集，预计于2014年播出，2013年夏季开始拍摄。剧情改编自Ann Cleeves的另外三本小说《黑鸦（Raven Black）》, 《死水（Dead Water）》和《蓝电（Blue Lightning）》，分为三个篇章，每个篇章两集。
